  • This policy applies to all orders placed through Orders Free’s Services, including manual orders, linked accounts, and auto-orders.
  • Actual shipping, courier handling, and delivery timelines are controlled by the partner e-commerce platform and seller.

2. Shipping Responsibility

  • Orders Free does not pack, dispatch, or deliver products. We act as a facilitator for order placement through third-party sellers.
  • Once an order is confirmed, the seller/merchant (e.g., Amazon/Flipkart seller) is responsible for packaging, shipping, and delivering the product.
  • Delivery tracking links and updates are fetched from partner platforms and displayed in your Orders Free account for convenience.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary depending on product type, seller location, courier service, and delivery address. General guidelines:

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are determined by the seller/e-commerce platform and shown at the time of checkout.
  • Orders Free does not levy additional delivery fees beyond what is shown by the partner platform.
  • Premium users may receive free or discounted delivery as per third-party membership benefits (e.g., Amazon Prime, Flipkart Plus).

5. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you can track your order through Orders Free’s linked account dashboard.
  • Tracking information is fetched directly from seller/courier systems.
  • Delays in updates may occur due to third-party system sync times; Orders Free is not liable for such delays.

6. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

Deliveries may fail or be delayed due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the user
  • Recipient not available to accept delivery
  • Courier service issues, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen events

In such cases, users must contact the respective platform’s customer service (Amazon/Flipkart). Orders Free support may assist in escalation but cannot guarantee resolution.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Any complaints regarding damaged, defective, or missing items must be raised directly with the seller via their platform.
  • Orders Free provides redirection links and assistance but does not handle claims directly.

8. International Shipping

Orders Free does not directly offer international shipping. If a seller provides international shipping, the terms, duties, and customs clearance are governed by the seller and local laws.

Orders Free does not accept responsibility for:

  • Shipping delays or non-delivery caused by courier/seller
  • Incorrect address provided by user
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.)
