1. Definitions

• Account: User profile created for using the Services.
• Services: Includes price comparison, watchlist, wallet, auto-order, admin-curated content, rewards, affiliate redirections etc.
• Linked Accounts: Third-party accounts (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) connected to Orders Free.
• Wallet: Virtual balance maintained with our payment partners.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be 18+ and legally competent. You agree to provide accurate details and maintain security of your login. Breach or fraudulent activity may result in suspension.

3. Scope of Services & Usage Rules

Orders Free acts as a facilitator and not as a direct seller. Purchases happen with third-party merchants. You must not misuse automation, scrape data illegally, or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Linked Accounts & Authorization

• By linking accounts you authorize Orders Free to fetch data for Services.
• OAuth or secure tokenization is used — we never ask for raw passwords.
• You may disconnect anytime via settings.

5. Auto-Order & Payment Flow

Auto-orders require explicit opt-in. Payments are processed by secure partners (Razorpay/Cashfree). Refunds and COD are handled per merchant policy.

6. Fees, Commissions & Rewards

We may earn affiliate commissions. Rewards may expire or be revoked for fraud. Premium features, if introduced, will be chargeable as per plan.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

Orders Free owns platform content and branding. Merchants’ trademarks and logos remain their property. Users must not upload infringing content.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

Your data is processed as per our Privacy Policy. Payment credentials are stored only by authorized partners. You have rights to access, rectify or delete your data subject to law.

9. Compliance With Laws

Orders Free complies with Indian IT Act, Consumer Protection Act, Payment regulations and related laws. Users must also comply with laws and merchant terms.

10. Third-Party Services

Links to third-party sites (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) are provided for convenience. We do not control their policies.

11. Account Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of services. Users may close accounts anytime through settings or by contacting support.

12. Warranties & Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Orders Free against claims arising from their use of services, violation of terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or technical failures.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications.

16. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability for proven direct damages is limited to ₹50,000 or total fees paid in 12 months, whichever is higher.

17. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of these terms remain in effect. Invalid provisions will be replaced with enforceable equivalents.

18. Assignment

Users may not assign rights under these terms. We may assign our rights and obligations to affiliates or in connection with business transfers.

19. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Courts of Bihar, India. Parties will attempt amicable settlement before litigation. Disputes may be resolved through arbitration as per Indian Arbitration Act.

20. Entire Agreement

These terms, along with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between users and Orders Free.

21. Survival

Provisions relating to liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive termination of these terms.

22. Electronic Communications

By using our services, you consent to receive communications electronically. Electronic communications satisfy legal requirements for written notice.
